Seller: SilentMafia, operating the online store available at silentmafia.net.

Business details to complete before publishing the final legal version: full legal name or first and last name, registered address, business form, NIP, REGON, CEIDG or KRS number if applicable.

Contact with the Seller is available via Discord: https://discord.gg/silentmafiapl.

The Seller should additionally publish a direct e-mail address for legal, complaint, and privacy matters.

§2. Scope And Definitions

These Terms govern the use of the Store, placement of orders, conclusion of distance contracts, delivery of digital products, complaints, and withdrawal rights.

Customer means a person using the Store or placing an order.

Consumer means a natural person acting for purposes not directly related to business activity.

Digital Product means digital content delivered electronically, including but not limited to accounts, keys, licenses, and similar virtual goods.

Agreement means a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

Order means the Customer's statement of intent aimed at concluding the Agreement.

§3. Technical Requirements

To use the Store and place an order, the Customer needs a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, an active e-mail address, and the ability to access websites and electronic communication.

Some Digital Products may require additional technical conditions described on the relevant product page, such as a specific platform account, launcher, operating system, region availability, or acceptance of third-party provider terms.

§4. Products And Electronic Services

The Store sells Digital Products delivered electronically. No physical shipment is made unless explicitly stated in the product offer.

Product descriptions, prices, supported platforms, regional limitations, delivery method, and any additional restrictions are shown on the product page and form part of the Agreement.

The Store may also provide electronic services such as maintaining a cart, checkout flow, customer panel access, and order-related communication.

§5. Placing Orders And Conclusion Of The Agreement

The Customer places an order by selecting a product, adding it to the cart, completing the checkout form, selecting a payment method, accepting the required statements, and confirming payment.

The Customer is required to provide accurate and complete information necessary to complete the order.

The Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for execution after the order has been correctly submitted through the Store.

The Seller may refuse or suspend order processing in justified cases, including suspected abuse, fraud, payment issues, legal restrictions, or obvious errors in the order data.

§6. Prices And Payment Methods

Product prices displayed in the Store are gross prices, unless applicable law or the published offer states otherwise.

The Store currently supports the following payment methods: Revolut Pay, BLIK, and cryptocurrency payments handled via OxaPay.

Online payment processing is performed by external providers integrated with the Store, including Revolut Pay, SimPay for BLIK payments, and OxaPay for cryptocurrency payments.

Payment must be completed immediately after placing the order unless the specific payment method provides a different flow. If payment is not completed, the Seller may cancel the order.

§7. Delivery Of Digital Products

Digital Products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

Delivery may take place through the customer dashboard, by e-mail, by displaying data on the order completion screen, or by granting access credentials or activation information.

The expected delivery method follows from the product type and the information presented in the Store.

The Customer is responsible for securing delivered data, including changing passwords and enabling available account security measures where appropriate.

§8. Right Of Withdrawal For Digital Content

As a rule, a Consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

However, in the case of Digital Products not supplied on a tangible medium, the Consumer loses the right of withdrawal if performance has begun with the Consumer's prior express consent and after the Consumer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Before completing the order, the Customer should expressly consent to immediate delivery of the Digital Product before expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right after delivery begins.

If the Seller starts delivery without obtaining the required consent and acknowledgment, the Consumer may retain the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

§9. Complaints And Non-Conformity

Complaints concerning the Store, order execution, or non-conformity of Digital Products with the Agreement may be submitted via the Seller's contact channel indicated in these Terms.

A complaint should include at least the order number, contact details, a description of the issue, and, if possible, materials supporting the report such as screenshots.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days from receipt. If a response is not given within that period, the complaint may be deemed accepted where required by law.

If the complaint is accepted, the Seller may in particular restore proper delivery, replace the product, remove the issue, reduce the price, or issue a refund depending on the legal basis and circumstances.

§10. Customer Responsibilities And Prohibited Conduct

Digital Products are intended only for lawful use in accordance with the product description and the rules of the relevant external platform or service.

The Customer must not use the Store or purchased Digital Products for fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful redistribution, credential sharing contrary to the offer, or any other abusive conduct.

In justified cases, the Seller may suspend order execution, block future purchases, or take other actions permitted by law and these Terms.

§11. Personal Data

Personal data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.

The Terms should remain consistent with the Privacy Policy, including full identification of the data controller and the Seller.

§12. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law.

The Seller may amend the Terms for important reasons, including changes in law, payment methods, delivery methods, technical solutions, or the business model of the Store.

Orders placed before a change to the Terms are governed by the version accepted at the time of purchase.

Before publishing the final legal version, the Seller should complete all missing identification data and verify compliance with the actual business form used to operate the Store.
