Refund Policy

§1. Digital Products

SilentMafia offers Digital Products delivered electronically, including virtual goods, keys, accounts, and similar digital access data.

Because of the nature of Digital Products, delivery starts after payment confirmation and no physical shipment takes place unless clearly stated otherwise in the offer.

§2. Withdrawal Right

A Consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

For Digital Products not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins with the Consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgment of the loss of that right.

If the required consent has not been collected correctly before delivery starts, the Consumer may keep the withdrawal right in the scope provided by law.

§3. Complaints

Complaints regarding Digital Products, delivery issues, or non-conformity with the Agreement may be submitted via the Seller's published contact channel, currently including the SilentMafia Discord server: https://discord.gg/silentmafiapl.

A complaint should contain the order number, Customer contact details, issue description, and any supporting materials such as screenshots.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days from receipt.

§4. Complaint Outcomes

If a complaint is accepted, the Seller may redeliver the Digital Product, fix the issue, replace the product, reduce the price, or issue a refund depending on the nature of the case and applicable law.

§5. Final Notes

This policy supplements the Terms of Service and should be interpreted together with the Privacy Policy and the product offer shown in the Store.

Before using this policy as a final legal document, the Seller should complete missing identification and complaint contact details.
