§1. Seller And Contact Details
Seller: SilentMafia, operating the online store available at silentmafia.net.
Business details to complete before publishing the final legal version: full legal name or first and last name, registered address, business form, NIP, REGON, CEIDG or KRS number if applicable.
Contact with the Seller is available via Discord: https://discord.gg/silentmafiapl. The Seller should additionally publish a direct e-mail address for legal, complaint, and privacy matters.
§2. Scope And Definitions
These Terms govern the use of the Store, placement of orders, conclusion of distance contracts, delivery of digital products, complaints, and withdrawal rights.
- Customer: a person using the Store or placing an order.
- Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes not directly related to business activity.
- Digital Product: digital content delivered electronically (accounts, keys, licenses, etc.).
- Agreement: a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
§3. Technical Requirements
To use the Store, the Customer needs a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active e-mail address.
Some Digital Products may require additional conditions described on the product page, such as a specific platform account, launcher, or specific operating system.
§4. Products And Electronic Services
The Store sells Digital Products delivered electronically. No physical shipment is made unless explicitly stated.
Product descriptions, prices, supported platforms, and regional limitations are shown on each product page and form part of the Agreement.
§5. Placing Orders And Conclusion Of The Agreement
The Customer places an order by selecting a product, adding it to the cart, completing checkout, and confirming payment.
The Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order. The Seller may refuse processing in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
§6. Prices And Payment Methods
Prices are gross prices. Supported payment methods: Revolut Pay, BLIK, and cryptocurrency handled via OxaPay.
Payment must be completed immediately. If payment is not completed, the Seller may cancel the order.
§7. Delivery Of Digital Products
Digital Products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation via dashboard, e-mail, or order completion screen.
The Customer is responsible for securing delivered data, including changing passwords immediately.
§8. Right Of Withdrawal For Digital Content
A Consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, in the case of Digital Products, the Consumer loses the right of withdrawal if performance has begun with the Consumer's prior express consent.
By completing the order, the Customer acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right after delivery begins.
§9. Complaints And Non-Conformity
Complaints may be submitted via Discord. A complaint should include the order number, contact details, and a description of the issue.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days. If accepted, the Seller may replace the product, fix the issue, or issue a refund.
§10. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer must not use purchased products for fraud, chargeback abuse, or unlawful redistribution. Any such conduct may lead to a permanent ban from the Store.
§11. Personal Data
Personal data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.
§12. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. The Seller may amend the Terms for important reasons (changes in law, payment methods, etc.).
Orders placed before a change are governed by the version accepted at the time of purchase.
